Nice and big rooms, friendly staff, warm welcome, helpful Mama-San, family feeling.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, trying their best to communicate with my limited Japanese speaking skills. The room size was impressive and provided enough space for a couple's romantic escape. The breakfast dish 'neto' was a new and exciting experience, made even better by the friendly mama-san who happily taught us how to prepare it. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions.
The hotel lacked the wow-factor. The room decor was dull, and the facilities were mediocre.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home during my stay. I enjoyed learning about a traditional Japanese dish at breakfast, which was a memorable experience. the hotel was conveniently located near several attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
the decorations were lackluster and there was no holiday spirit or atmosphere in the hotel.

I had a lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff who treated me like family. Despite my limited Japanese language skills, they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and I even learned how to make the neto dish thanks to the helpful Mama-San. In addition, the hotel's location right next to a train line made transportation a breeze.
No issues.
